Over the past few months, Ascension workers have continued to experience a culture of disrespect and mistreatment, impacting our health, safety, and financial security; and, our patients' well being. But, we have strength in numbers, and are in a position to truly make Ascension a better place to work. That is why we our union has been working with other nurses and healthcare workers who also work in Ascension hospitals across several states, to form the "Ascension Coalition of Unions."
